Process Quality Analyst

We are looking for a Process Quality Analyst with an analytical focus, results orientation, and a passion for continuous improvement. If you have experience documenting, evaluating, and optimizing processes, this opportunity is for you.

Responsibilities:

• Analyze and document operational and administrative processes.
• Identify improvement opportunities and implement corrective actions.
• Prepare and update procedures, policies, and instructions.
• Follow up on performance indicators (KPIs).
• Conduct internal audits and ensure compliance with established processes.
• Collaborate with different areas to standardize processes.
• Prepare reports and present continuous improvement results.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Administration, Business Management, or a related field.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in quality, processes, or continuous improvement.
• Knowledge in creating flowcharts and process documentation.
• Management of indicators and information analysis.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
• Desirable knowledge in quality tools (ISO 9001, Lean, Kaizen, or similar).
