Logistics Manager M/F

As part of the arrival of new clients at our Heudebouville platform, we are recruiting a Logistics Manager. Reporting to the Logistics Activity Director, you will guarantee the development and profitability of one of our clients.

Steering and organization of logistics flows and storage: Anticipate and define human, financial, and technical needs.

Coordinate and control logistics operations for receiving, preparation, and shipping.

Plan the organization of employee work in connection with team leaders.

Organize the flow of information between different departments.

Respect and enforce hygiene and safety standards.

Performance monitoring: Master and reduce costs.

Implement and monitor logistics performance indicators. Propose and implement continuous improvement solutions.

Ensure budgetary monitoring.

Client relationship management: Ensure constant exchange with clients regarding the implementation of processes, service quality, and delivery times.

Monitor and manage any disputes.

Management and human resources management: Animate, coordinate, control, and unite your teams (about ten people). Evaluate team performance.

With higher education in logistics, you have a successful experience of at least 5 years in managing a logistics activity and client relations.

You have a good command of continuous improvement tools, English, and WMS.

Autonomous and pedagogical, you know how to supervise and unite a team with rigor and method.
