Logistics Business Director M/F

As part of the development of our activities in the Centre Region, we are recruiting a Logistics Director.

Reporting to the Platform Director, you guarantee the achievement of the objectives of the logistics files for which you are responsible, through the animation, steering, safety, and dynamization of means and resources.

You contribute to strategic orientations and commercial development to satisfy economic performance, as well as the expectations and requirements of clients and collaborators.

Guarantee the quality of services within your scope (Control the effectiveness of the organization, the yield and profitability of activities).

Implement an organization intended to provide clients with a quality service.

Plan means and resources. Contribute to client loyalty (develop commercial relationships with current clients).

Manage collaborators (100/200 collaborators).

Manage the budget (guarantee cost control and compliance with budgetary commitments).

Contribute to Lean Management processes.

You have significant experience of at least 5 years in the field of logistics services. Strong experience in proximity management with large teams. Experience in profit center management. Analytical and negotiation skills. Proficiency in English. Located near exit 7 of the A19, the Escrennes logistics platform is situated 40 min from Orléans and 1h30 from Paris.
