Finance IT Support Analyst M/F

Working in close collaboration with the existing Finance IT team, you will be involved in the following missions: Daily user support: Receive, qualify, and process assistance requests from business teams (Accounting, Controlling, Consolidation, Treasury).

Resolution and follow-up: Support users in resolving their daily blockers and ensure ticket follow-up until closure.

Collaboration with the expert team: Work on complex incidents with internal technical referents, while following the resolution to develop your skills.

Documentation and improvement: Write and update user guides and operating procedures, and enrich the team's knowledge base.

Participation in projects: Depending on your evolution, participate in testing phases (UAT) during updates or the integration of new functionalities.

Training: Higher education in Management Information Systems, Finance, or equivalent (Bac+2 to Bac+5).

Curiosity and thirst for learning: You like to understand how things work and are not afraid to discover new software.

Versatility: You are able to switch from one functional subject to another with agility.

Sense of service: You are a good listener, patient, and enjoy helping others solve their problems.

Analytical mindset: You know how to investigate methodically to identify the source of a problem.

Technical/business prerequisites: A first experience (even in an internship or apprenticeship) in IT support, or a good general understanding of financial/accounting processes is a real plus.

Technical environment: ERP: SAP ECC6 and SAP S/4HANA EPM: Oracle EPM and Pigment Consolidation: Oracle FCCS Treasury: Kyriba Fluent English.

Position to be filled at the FM Logistic group headquarters located in Phalsbourg (40 min from Strasbourg by car).
