Customer Service Agent - Airport

Vacancy: Customer Service Agent — Cancún Airport

International car rental company is looking for personnel for counter service and sales within the airport terminals.

What you will do:

attend to passengers arriving at the terminals, offer rental services, explain coverages and add-ons with transparency, and close contracts directly at the service point.

Requirements:

• High school completed with certificate (Bachelor's degree desirable)
• 2 years of experience in face-to-face sales, customer service, or reception
• Conversational English (indispensable)
• Computer skills and Office suite
• Excellent presentation and customer treatment
• Availability to rotate shifts and work weekends
