You will be asking yourself and answering the following questions daily in order to develop an optimal product strategy: What does the market need and how is it evolving? Which target group do we want to reach? What do the latest trends look like? Equipped with this knowledge, you will then work within the team on the development of new products in the area of print products.

In doing so, you bear responsibility for your product portfolio and ensure an efficient process. Ultimately, you should manage the projects so that the new products are introduced promptly and smoothly - this naturally includes exchanging information with other departments and teams. You will always keep an eye on your numbers: for example, monthly revenue and sales analyses are part of the daily routine.

As you can see, your new task will be quite multifaceted. Of course, we will train you intensively in all topics, and you will work in a motivated team that is happy to support you with questions at any time.

Did you find yourself in the description?

• You have a completed degree in BWL, E-Commerce, Communication, or a comparable qualification
• You have already gained several years of professional experience in product or project management, ideally in E-Commerce
• Alternatively, you have gained experience within the printing industry or in an agency environment
• You are characterized by holistic thinking and an independent way of working
• You have excellent negotiation skills
• You are a true organizational talent
• You enjoy working in a motivated team
• You have good written and spoken English skills
