Ticketing Specialist

We are looking for an experienced Ticketing Specialist  to join Flydubai Airline team in Armenia, Yerevan

-Provide booking and reservation services to customers/Agent network/corporate clients

-Ensure proper implementation of sales campaigns;

-Work closely with customers throughout the sales process;

-University Degree;

-at least 5 years of relevant working experience;

-Highly motivated, with excellent knowledge of the ticketing process and international routes;

-Knowledge of Amadeus system is a must;

-Proficiency in MS Office;

-Excellent communication skills; Fluency in English and Russian (verbal and written)

-Excellent customer service skills;

-Ability to work under presure
