Business Development Executive

Our client is seeking dynamic, results-driven Business Development Executives to join a leading microfinance banking team. We are looking for resilient, target-driven sales professionals who are passionate about business growth, customer acquisition, and financial services. The ideal candidate will be confident in building relationships, generating business, mobilizing deposits, and marketing financial products to prospective and existing customers.

Key Responsibilities

Drive customer acquisition and business growth through proactive sales activities. Mobilize deposits and promote the bank’s financial products and services. Identify and develop new business opportunities and customer relationships. Meet and exceed assigned sales and business development targets. Conduct effective product presentations and negotiations with prospective customers. Maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients. Monitor market trends and identify opportunities for business expansion. Maintain accurate customer and sales records and provide regular performance reports.

Requirements

2–5 years’ experience in business development, sales, marketing, or financial services operations. Bachelor’s Degree or HND in Business Administration, Marketing, Economics, Banking & Finance, or a related discipline. Experience in deposit mobilization and credit marketing within a financial institution is an added advantage. Strong communication, negotiation, persuasion, and relationship-management skills. Customer-focused, resilient, self-motivated, and target-driven. Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
