Bachelor's Degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or a related field 2-4 years of proven experience in a human resources role Sound knowledge of Ghanaian labour laws and HR best practices Experience with recruitment, onboarding, and employee relations Strong organisational and record-keeping skills Excellent interpersonal and communication skills High level of discretion and confidentiality Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) Membership of IHRMP Ghana or a related professional body is an advantage
