Flow Lapland Experiences Oy is a Rovaniemi-based experience and program service company that offers high-quality, authentic, and personal small-group trips. In our operations, we invest in high safety, authentic encounters, and unique nature experiences. We are now looking for a motivated and people-oriented wilderness and nature guide to join our team to create unforgettable moments for our international guests.

Your diverse work tasks

As a guide, you serve as the most important link between the customer and the unique nature of Lapland. Your workday consists mainly of the following tasks:

Northern Lights trips (Aurora Hunting): Guiding groups and photographing the northern lights during evenings and nights.

Winter activities and day trips: Leading diverse nature trips, such as trips to the terrains of Korouoma's iconic icefall area and animal park visits.

Customer service: A warm-hearted, active, and attentive approach with customers coming from all over the world.

Responsibility and safety: Ensuring the safety, general well-being, and schedules of groups in Arctic conditions.

What do we expect from you?

We require:

Language skills: Excellent oral proficiency in English.

Driver's license: A valid B-category driver's license and strong confidence in driving in challenging Arctic winter conditions.

Attitude: A positive customer service attitude, flexibility, and good teamwork skills.

Stress tolerance: The ability to act responsibly, calmly, and organizedly even in changing situations.

We consider an advantage:

Previous experience in wilderness, nature, and program service guide roles.

Valid first aid training (e.g., EA1 / EA2 / Wilderness First Aid).

Excellent photography skills (especially knowledge of northern lights and night photography).

Other language skills in addition to English.

Remuneration: We follow the collective agreement for the tourism, restaurant, and leisure service industry (MaRaVa TES). Remuneration is determined according to the TES or is negotiable based on your expertise.
