Fashion Sales Advisor (M/F)

As an ambassador for Flotte and pluviophilia, you will be an integral part of the team and contribute to the boutique's performance.

Your missions Your missions:

• Welcome, advise, and assist each customer with care, spreading our brand philosophy and product benefits.
• Carry out sales in compliance with protocols, optimize your KPI's, and build customer loyalty.
• Manage exchanges/returns, guarantee customer satisfaction, and propose our services.
• Participate in visual merchandising: window displays, product highlighting, cleanliness, and exemplary presentation of the point of sale.
• Ensure tidiness and replenishment, maintain an organized stockroom, and protect products.
• Manage merchandise: delivery control, steaming, storage.
• Perform checkouts and apply internal procedures.
• Implement commercial operations and contribute to point of sale events.
• Participate in inventories and stay informed via internal communication tools.
