Reception Manager (M/F)

Seasonal Establishment is looking for its Reception Manager to ensure the quality of the welcome as well as the functioning of the reception service.

Man or Woman with proven experience in 4 or 5-star hotels. Good presentation, mastery of English and a third language recommended, Spanish or Italian. Knowledgeable about the local area, important role as Concierge for our clients. His/her main role will be to ensure a warm welcome for his/her clients.

His/her missions will be to coordinate the reception team on a daily basis, train and support the reception team. Person comfortable with the mastery of PMS and IT tools. He/she must master the functioning of OTAs, Tour Operators and AGV. Mastery of daily cash registers. Very comfortable with IT tools.
