MUST HAVE FLORAL AND/OR CUSTOMER SERVICE EXPERIENCE

We are looking for energetic and reliable team member who has a proven track record of exceptional client service and enjoys working in a fast-paced environment.

*Job Responsibilities:*

• Providing excellent customer service
• Water all plants as needed
• Receive and unpack incoming supplies, giftware, balloons, plants and flowers
• Take custom orders from customers
• Designing floral arrangements, bouquets, funeral flowers
• Keep Floral department neat and tidy
• Any other tasks as assigned

• Handle inbound and outbound calls of existing customers

Training will be provided

*Requirements:*

• Versatile customer experience
• Exceptional verbal communication skills coupled with professional phone etiquette

• Ability to maintain a clean, well-organized work area
• Dedication to maintaining a superior customer experience

• Comfortable with opening and closing the store
• Social Media Knowledge

• Basic computer/keyboarding skills
• Enthusiastic and positive "can do" attitude

$18-20 Hour

Candidate must be able to work the following shifts every week.

3 ? 8 PM Wednesday & Friday
