In addition to our retail offerings, we conduct creative workshops to promote craftsmanship and provide unique experiences for our customers. We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Retail Marketing Executive to support our retail operations and marketing initiatives.

Position Overview

The Retail Marketing Executive will play an integral role in enhancing customer engagement and strengthening brand presence. This position primarily involves delivery of workshops, contributing to marketing activities with a focus on social media platforms, handling customer enquiries and retail sales.

We are seeking individuals who are fun, passionate, proactive, responsible and confident, willing to learn, grow and work in a collaborative team setting.

Hourly rate: $10 to $13 per hour

Key Responsibilities

1. Preparation, coordination, and facilitation of creative workshops.
2. Execute and monitor marketing campaigns independently.
3. Execute and monitor marketing campaigns as a team.
4. Create and publish engaging content for social media platforms (e.g., Instagram, Facebook, TikTok) to promote products, services, and workshops.
5. Handle daily retail operations, including sales transactions and customer service.
6. Handle customer enquiries in-store, via email, and across digital platforms in a professional and timely manner.
7. Maintain product displays and ensure a positive shopping experience for customers.

Requirements

1. Strong interest in retail, marketing, and the arts and crafts sector.
2. Excellent communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills.
3. Familiarity with social media platforms and digital marketing trends; basic content creation skills.
4. Has prior experience in iPhone photo taking, videography and social media editing.
5. Proactive, responsible, and able to work both independently and as part of a team.
6. Willingness to work retail hours, including weekends and public holidays, as rostered.
