Sales Specialist/Manager

Flooring Company Requires:- Key Responsibilities Identify and secure appointments with  Architects, Interior Designers, Developers, and Main Contractors .

Present and promote the company’s building material solutions to prospective clients.

Provide detailed technical specifications and recommendations for project tenders.

Track project opportunities from design to execution, ensuring product inclusion in final specifications.

Collaborate closely with the operation and technical teams to support project follow-ups.

Requirements Experience in  building materials  or related industries.

Strong network within the  architecture, design, and construction  sectors.

Excellent communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills.

Self-driven, goal-oriented, and able to work independently.

Knowledge of  floor coverings  or interior finishes is an added advantage.

High payout commission for confirmed project, monthly income (basic, transport, handphone and commission) can exceed $10,000.
