Job Summary Provide excellent customer service by assisting walk-in customers at the showroom and supporting sales activities to drive business growth. Responsibilities Greet and assist walk-in customers in the showroom to understand their flooring needs and provide product information Support sales processes by preparing sales materials, coordinating with the sales team, and following up on customer inquiries Maintain showroom presentation to ensure a welcoming and organized environment for customers Communicate effectively with customers to resolve questions and provide timely updates on product availability and orders Required competencies and certifications Minimum GCE 'N' Level, 'O' Level or equivalent qualification Preferred competencies and qualifications Demonstrate initiative and maintain a positive attitude to contribute to team success Other Information Working hours: Monday to Friday, 0900 to 1730 hours; alternate weekends, 1200 to 1700 hours Compensation includes attractive basic salary plus commission
