FLO AS is evolving, and we are looking for a structured and forward-thinking colleague who will take on a central role in our Supply Chain function. You enjoy planning – while simultaneously knowing that reality does not always follow the plan. With us, you will get great ownership of your own tasks, short decision-making paths, and a real opportunity to influence how we work. The pace is high, the environment is informal, and we believe that going to work should be fun – even when things are heating up.

Your everyday life at FLO: As a production and raw material planner, you will become an important link between sales, production, logistics, and suppliers. You will ensure that we have the right raw materials at the right time, that production capacity is well-utilized, and that customers receive their goods as agreed. In this role, you will execute call-offs within established framework agreements and adjust the production plan within defined parameters. You will report to the Supply Chain Manager and will have the opportunity to influence daily operations. Your tasks will include, among other things:

  • Maintaining customer forecasts and orders so that we have a good picture of future needs
  • Developing, updating, and optimizing production plans and production sequences
  • Calculating raw material requirements, executing call-offs, and following up with suppliers
  • Monitoring inventory levels and balancing a high service level against a reasonable cost level
  • Coordinating with production, sales, and logistics when plans or assumptions change
  • Ensuring good data quality and contributing to smarter work processes and continuous improvements
  • Actively using data and systems to make planning more precise and efficient

Who is our new colleague in Supply Chain: You have relevant education in logistics, Supply Chain, or equivalent. Ideally, experience with production planning, flow of goods, or procurement/raw material planning. You thrive with numbers and systems, have good system understanding, and are confident in using ERP systems and Excel. We use Odoo as our ERP solution. If you also have an interest in how AI, data tools, and models can be used for better forecasts and smarter planning, we consider that an extra plus:-)

Just as important as your background is the way you work. You are structured and analytical, but not afraid to make decisions. You have an eye for the big picture, see what needs to be done, and take initiative when necessary. You follow up on what you start and collaborate well with your colleagues across the organization. And when the plan must be changed, you maintain an overview and find a good solution.

You must be able to communicate well in our working language, which is English, both orally and in writing.

Why FLO? We offer competitive terms, but perhaps even more importantly: a workday with great ownership and opportunity to influence. You will get responsibility, trust, and room to improve the way we work. You will become part of an environment with a high tempo, short distances from idea to action, and colleagues who like to make things happen.   Does this pique your curiosity? Then we would love to hear from you with a CV along with a concise application where you tell us what motivates you for the role, and what experience and competence you will bring with you. For a confidential and non-binding conversation about the position, you are welcome to contact our partner Add Persona AS, which handles the recruitment process for us. We assess suitable candidates continuously.

Looking forward to hearing from you :-)
