Production Operator

We are continuing to strengthen our team at FLO in Sollihøgda and are now looking for a new colleagues to join our Filling & Packaging department as Production Operators. The role involves working day shifts (06:00–14:00), evening shifts (14:00–22:00), or night shifts (22:00–06:00). Please note that the shift schedule may be changed. Key Responsibilities Equipment preparation: Prepare and set up machinery and production equipment before start-up

Packing and labelling: Pack and label finished products in accordance with regulations and customer requirements (both automated and manual processes)

Quality control: Monitor production processes to ensure products meet defined quality standards and specifications

Cleaning and maintenance: Perform regular cleaning and basic maintenance of equipment to ensure a safe and hygienic work environment

Inventory management: Use warehouse systems, scan goods in and out, perform stock counts, and report discrepancies

Compliance: Follow health, safety, and industry regulations related to production and bottling

Collaboration: Work closely with operators, quality personnel, and logistics teams to ensure efficient production flow

Full training will be provided. Qualifications Experience from food production, bottling, or production lines is an advantage

A forklift license is a plus, but not required

Ability to work both independently and as part of a team

Reliable and responsible

Detail-oriented with the ability to follow procedures and instructions

Technical understanding and interest are highly valued
