Senior Retail / Retail Lead

Job Description

• Oversee daily management of store and key store activities under management's directives
• Provide excellent customer service and maintain a positive shopping environment consistent with our brand image
• Establish regular contacts with existing and potential customers, maintaining healthy customer relationships
• Mentor retail team and oversee scheduling and proper SOPs
• Assign tasks, support retail team, and offer constructive feedback where needed to help improve the team and overall productivity
• Lead stock-takes for store inventory and receive stock transfers
• Ensures store is stocked efficiently and adequately
• Maintains excellent store environment and make improvements where needed
• Works closely with managers on sales activities and customer feedback
• Other duties as assigned

Job Requirements

• 5 days work week including both weekends
• Minimum 1 year experience in retail roles (part-time experience accepted)
• Excellent communication and customer handling skills
• Fluent in English.
• Passion for home & lifestyle products and social media is a plus
• Good team player, pleasant personality, service oriented, positive attitude to learning new skill sets

Working hours: 5 days work week include weekends 10am to 7pm
