Retail Assistant

Job Description
- Oversee daily management of store and key store activities under management's directives
- Provide excellent customer service and maintain a positive shopping environment consistent with our brand image
- Establish regular contacts with existing and potential customers, maintaining healthy customer relationships
- Involve in stock-takes for store inventory and receive stock transfers
- Ensures store is stocked efficiently and adequately
- Maintains excellent store environment and make improvements where needed
- Works closely with managers on sales activities and customer feedback
- Other duties as assigned
Job Requirements
- 5 days work week including both weekends
- Minimum 1 year experience in retail roles (part-time experience accepted)
- Excellent communication and customer handling skills
- Fluent in English.
- Passion for home & lifestyle products and social media is a plus
- Good team player, service oriented, positive attitude to learning new skill sets
Working hours: 5 days work week include weekends 10am to 7pm
