Project Engineer

As a Project Engineer (m/f/d), you will take on a key role in the successful implementation of customer and production projects. As a technical project manager, you will steer projects from planning to realization and ensure that goals regarding quality, costs, and deadlines are met. You are the interface between Engineering, Production, and Project Management and ensure that ideas are transformed into efficient, innovative, and sustainable solutions.

What to expect in your new role:

• Independent planning and coordination of the implementation of technical work packages in process development
• Creation, management, and monitoring of project plans, including resource, schedule, and milestone planning
• Analysis of technical requirements as well as conducting feasibility assessments
• Development and optimization of manufacturing and production processes
• Close cooperation with internal specialist departments and international customers
• Ensuring quality, budget, and deadline targets

What we value in you:

• Completed technical education (HTL, FH, Uni) in the field of mechanical engineering, electrical engineering, mechatronics, or a comparable discipline
• Professional experience in a technical environment, ideally in manufacturing, process development, or project management
• Good knowledge of project planning as well as handling technical documentation
• Ability to communicate technical content clearly and coordinate across departments
• Analytical thinking skills as well as a structured and solution-oriented way of working
• Communication and teamwork skills as well as a confident appearance towards internal and external stakeholders
• Very good English skills
• High degree of responsibility and quality orientation
