PCBA Process Engineer (m/w/d)

Become part of our strong engineering team in Althofen (Kärnten) as 1 PCBA Process Engineer (m/w/d). As a PCBA Process Engineer (m/w/d), you will develop and optimize our PCBA manufacturing processes and ensure that the highest quality standards, customer requirements, and production goals are met. In doing so, you will work closely with customers, production, quality, engineering, and international teams, contributing significantly to efficiency, quality, and an efficient and sustainable manufacturing operation.

What to expect in your new role:

• Development, introduction, and continuous optimization of PCBA manufacturing processes (SMT, assembly, X-Ray, milling)

• Participation in the selection, installation, and qualification of new production equipment

• Ensuring stable and efficient production while complying with quality and customer requirements

• Analysis and improvement of processes to increase product quality and productivity

• Reduction of production costs through the identification and implementation of sustainable optimization potential

• Support in complying with safety and environmental standards in the manufacturing environment

• Planning, validation, and documentation of new processes as well as supporting product introductions

• Ensuring know-how transfer to production through training, work instructions, and technical documentation

• Collaboration with interdisciplinary teams on process improvement and transfer projects

What we value in you:

• Technical education (LAP, FS, HTL, FH, university) in the field of electronics, electrical engineering, mechatronics, or a comparable discipline

• Experience in electronics manufacturing or in the area of PCBA or SMT is an advantage

• Knowledge of process optimization and statistical methods is a plus

• Structured, analytical, and solution-oriented way of working

• Confident appearance and communication skills when dealing with international suppliers and customers (English in spoken and written form)
