We are looking, for our client, in the Jura sector, for a:

Quality Supervisor (M/F)

Job Description --------------------

• You write and update quality documentation and support teams in adopting standards and best practices.
• You raise awareness and train employees in the quality approach and deploy continuous improvement tools (5M, 8D, 5S, PDCA-).
• You perform and manage product controls, non-conformities, complaints, as well as corrective and preventive actions.
• You manage the quality management system according to ISO 9001 and EN 9100 standards, by coordinating audits, gap analyses, action plans, and certification processes.
• You provide your quality expertise during the development and industrialization of new products and processes, notably through the management of validation plans until the launch into series production.

Profile Sought -----------------

• ISO 9001 & ISO 14001 standards; EN 9100 (asset)
• SAP
• Professional English B2 minimum
• Quality tools: 5M, 8D, 5S, PDCA
• +10 years of experience in a similar position; aeronautics (asset)
