Your tasks

In the context of the development and modernization of our production facilities, we are looking for a Technical Support & Maintenance Coordination Supervisor, who will undertake the organization and coordination of maintenance, technical support, and installation of industrial equipment.

Main responsibilities Organization and scheduling of preventive and emergency maintenance tasks for industrial equipment.

Coordination of external partners, technicians, and machine shops for the execution of maintenance and repair tasks.

Communication and cooperation with suppliers of machinery and technical equipment in Greece and abroad.

Organization and monitoring of installation, relocation, and upgrading tasks of production machines.

Management and monitoring of the stock of spare parts and technical maintenance consumables.

Sourcing suppliers, obtaining quotes, and processing orders for spare parts and technical materials.

Maintenance of records for maintenance, technical interventions, and machine fault history.

Monitoring the progress of technical works and their completion schedule.

Cooperation with the Production Department for the scheduling of technical interventions, with the aim of minimizing equipment downtime.

Requirements

Desired qualifications Experience in the planning and coordination of industrial maintenance tasks.

Experience in spare parts warehouse management and the procurement of technical materials.

Familiarity with industrial production equipment, preferably in the plastics or flexible packaging sector.

Experience in using ERP systems or maintenance management software.

Technical education in a mechanical or electrical field will be considered, without being a mandatory requirement.

Required Qualifications Previous experience in an industrial environment, preferably in a technical support, maintenance, or technical works coordination position.

Basic knowledge of mechanical and electrical equipment.

Ability to understand technical issues and communicate effectively with technicians and suppliers.

Good knowledge of computer operation and MS Office applications.

Good knowledge of the English language for communication with suppliers and understanding technical manuals.

Organizational skills, methodical approach, and the ability to manage multiple tasks.

Communication skills, responsibility, and team spirit.
