Your tasks

The Impact You Will Make: As a senior member of our engineering department, you will oversee the Mechanical and Electrical utility systems that keep our operations running. Your expertise in Maintenance and Engineering will directly contribute to our facility's efficiency and sustainability goals.

• Lead the operation and maintenance of complex utility systems including HVAC, Boilers, and Water Treatment.
• Develop and execute Preventive Maintenance schedules to minimize downtime.
• Analyze system performance and implement Energy Efficiency improvements.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to manage Engineering projects from conception to completion.
• Ensure all operations strictly adhere to Safety Standards (HSE) and local regulations.

Requirements

• 3-7 years of professional experience in utility engineering or a similar Mechanical role.
• A Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related technical field.
• Proven track record in Maintenance management and Engineering troubleshooting.
• Strong command of HVAC Systems, Electrical Systems, and Project Management.
• Ability to work on-site in Giza, Egypt and handle the demands of a fast-paced industrial environment.
• Experienced career level with a proactive approach to problem-solving and team leadership.
• Proficiency in CAD Software and technical documentation.
