Your tasks

Your Mission

• Take ownership of the Accounts Receivable cycle, ensuring accuracy and efficiency.
• Generate and distribute professional invoices to our valued clients.
• Monitor aging reports and lead collection efforts to maintain healthy cash flow.
• Perform meticulous account reconciliations to ensure every penny is accounted for.
• Collaborate with the broader Finance team to support month-end closing activities.

Requirements

• 1-2 years of experience in a finance or accounting role, showing a solid grasp of AR processes.
• Proven expertise in Accounting and Finance principles.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Data Entry with a focus on accuracy.
• Exceptional Attention to Detail and the ability to manage Financial Reporting tasks.
• Strong communication skills for effective Collections and client interaction.
