Your tasks
Job Description *Managing the ongoing relationship with transportation companies and monitoring compliance with service targets and commitments *Managing the transportation budget, monitoring costs, and controlling deviations *Identifying and leading opportunities for efficiency and cost savings *Monitoring and controlling the performance of the transportation system through reports and KPI metrics *Controlling line availability and utilization, service quality, and compliance with SLA targets *Analyzing data and reports from the SHIFT system for decision-making and performance improvement *Business responsibility for the SHIFT system and defining work processes within it *Leading improvements, updates, and quality control of data and reporting in the system *Professional management and control of the transportation supervisor's activities
Requirements
Experience in managing and leading processes - a significant advantage *Experience working with suppliers and multiple interfaces - a significant advantage *High analytical ability and ability to work with data and reports *Ability to work independently, make decisions, and handle exceptional events *Good proficiency in Excel and information systems *Good level of English
Skills Assertiveness, independence, ability to work under pressure, service orientation, interpersonal skills, and high level of order and organization
