Join a key role at the heart of FLEX's global financial activity! We are looking for a Chief Accountant with extensive professional experience, the ability to work with multiple interfaces, and a systemic vision, to lead accounting processes and financial control within the organization. Advance to a central role that includes responsibility for monthly closings, reporting to authorities, payment management, cash flows, accounting reconciliations, audit support, and ongoing work with local and global entities.

Essence of the Role:

• *Leading monthly closing processes and preparing journal entries, provisions, and accounting reconciliations
• *Managing and operating payments to suppliers, authorities, institutions, and external entities
• *Preparation and submission of VAT reports, withholding tax, and statutory reports
• *Monitoring and managing cash flows, bank reconciliations, and ongoing financial activity
• *Responsibility for fixed assets processes, inventory, and stock counts
• *Supervision and control over supplier invoice intake activity
• *Supporting internal and external audits and working with accountants and authorities
• *Ongoing work with global interfaces and diverse financial functions

Mandatory Requirements:

• *Accounting Certificate Type 3
• * Previous experience in a Senior Accountant role or a similar accounting role in a global, industrial, or multi-interface organization
• * Practical experience in monthly closing processes, preparing journal entries, and accounting reconciliations
• * Experience working with authorities, VAT reporting, withholding tax, and statutory payments
• * Experience in AP processes, bank reconciliations, and payment management
• * High proficiency in Excel and ERP systems
• * High level of English
• * Ability to work with internal and external organizational interfaces

Significant Advantages:

• * Familiarity with SOX controls and audit support
• * Experience in payment systems and advanced ERP environments
