Analysis and Process Engineer for a global manufacturing company

We are looking for an Analysis and Process Engineer for a professional and challenging role that includes leading process analyses, providing technological support on production lines, working with engineering interfaces and customers, and providing solutions to improve quality, efficiency, and production capability. As part of the role, you will be responsible for analyzing design and production processes for printed circuits and electronic boards, identifying technological problems and providing professional recommendations, supporting DFX and NPI processes, working with development, engineering, and production departments, and leading the implementation of technologies and improvements in assembly processes. A bachelor's degree in a relevant engineering field, analytical thinking and systemic vision, problem-solving ability, excellent interpersonal communication, high-level English, and the ability to work with many interfaces. Previous experience in the field of manufacturing, analysis, or SMT / Wave Soldering / Press Fit processes – an advantage.
