The global company FLEX is recruiting an RPA Developer for the technology team! We are looking for an RPA Developer with analytical thinking and the ability to translate business needs into smart automation solutions. Job Description:
- Development, implementation, and maintenance of business automation processes using RPA solutions
- Analysis of existing processes and identification of opportunities for optimization and automation.
- Conversion of business requirements into technical characterization and automation solutions.
- Development of stable, secure, and scalable automation components.
- Performing UAT testing and deploying solutions to the production environment.
- Performance monitoring, handling faults via Log Analysis, and continuous improvement of existing processes.
- Working with ERP, CRM, API, file systems, email, and other organizational platforms.
- Leading innovative solutions that reduce manual work and improve organizational efficiency.
Mandatory Requirements:
- At least two years of experience in an organization.
- Experience in analyzing business processes and characterizing automation solutions.
- Experience working with databases and writing SQL
- Ability to work with internal customers and multiple interfaces.
- High level of English
Significant Advantages:
- Familiarity with ERP and CRM systems
- Experience in a production environment or a global organization
- Familiarity with AI tools and smart automation
- Experience working with UiPath
- Familiarity with APIs, Web Services, and integrations between systems.
