We are looking for a CFT Employee who is responsible for the planning, communication, and other administrative tasks for one of our medical customers. You ensure that the customer's goods arrive at our warehouse on time and depart again. You will become part of a team for our current or our new customer.

In this position, you report to the Account Manager.

What will you do?

• You are the first point of contact for customers via email, telephone, chat, and other communication channels;
• You provide excellent customer service by providing accurate, complete, and timely information;
• Management of customer orders, returns, replacements, complaints, customer feedback, and account inquiries;
• Monitoring customer feedback and identifying recurring issues;
• Follow up on customer requests regarding urgent orders, work orders, and other matters;
• Support process improvements that enhance the customer experience;
• Manage and prioritize the daily workload to meet or exceed service level agreements;
• Monitor the progress of your own department and the warehouse;
• Work closely with other departments;
• Monitor KPIs and identify deviations in a timely manner;
• Participate in daily and weekly internal and external progress meetings;
• Prepare various reports;
• Map out common problems, resolve them, and contribute ideas for process optimization;
• Keep work instructions up-to-date

What do you need?

• Education and/or experience equivalent to MBO+ level;
• Experience in an international Customer Service environment is a requirement;
• Administrative skills;
• Experience with WMS/ERP systems and very good knowledge of MS Office;
• Good communication skills in English;
