What you'll do Set up workstations for new colleagues: laptops, monitors, and accounts are ready on their first day. Ensure that hardware continues to function through proactive maintenance, checks, and the management of our IT inventory and assets. Investigate and resolve technical issues and malfunctions - ranging from software and drivers to connectivity and liaise with suppliers as needed. Provide first-line IT support to colleagues and handle questions and tickets quickly and courteously. Install, configure, and maintain software, drivers, and internal tools. Manage access and permissions (access management) in accordance with our internal security guidelines. Provide support for Microsoft 365 tools such as SharePoint and OneDrive, including file sharing and access permissions. Document IT processes and write clear manuals for colleagues

Who you are This role is perfect for you if: You have an interest in IT, and some initial experience (internship, part-time job, or training) inIT support is a good foundation; more important is your eagerness to learn. You have work experience with the Microsoft ecosystem. You have a basic understanding of networking (IP, DNS, connectivity). You are familiar with the basic principles of cybersecurity, such as MFA, phishing, and password management. A plus if:
