Job Description We are looking for a Sales Assistant to ensure the administrative and operational follow-up of client files in connection with our Frankfurt site, in support of our sales advisors.

Rigor is an essential requirement of the position. Every file must be followed with precision, every piece of information verified, and every deadline met in order to guarantee the reliability of our organization and the fulfillment of our client commitments.

Main Missions

• Planning and follow-up of client files.
• Management and follow-up of spare parts orders.
• Rigorous updating of data in the ERP.
• Written communication with clients regarding progress and deadlines.
• Preparation of invoicing and closing of files.
• Coordination with sales teams and the workshop.

Profile Sought

• Great rigor, precision, and reliability.
• Organization and ability to manage several files simultaneously.
• Strict respect for procedures and deadlines.
• Mastery of IT tools and ERPs.
• Team spirit and sense of responsibility.
• Knowledge of the automotive sector appreciated.

Languages: Native German, English required. Italian and Spanish appreciated.
