We?re on the lookout for a *Sales Associate* to join our Flamingo+ crew at our *2565 Portage Ave.* This isn?t just about selling products, it?s about *creating memorable connections* with customers and helping them feel confident in their choices. _*Responsibilities*_
- Greet and assist customers with knowledge and enthusiasm
- Provide personalized recommendations and product education
- Operate the POS system and handle transactions with accuracy
- Keep the sales floor organized, stocked, clean & fresh
- Share product knowledge through engaging conversations
- Support the team in maintaining a welcoming, compliant environment
- Stay current with new arrivals and promotions
_*Qualifications*_
- 1+ year of retail or customer service experience (Preferred)
- SmartChoice certification (or willingness to obtain)
- Positive attitude and strong communication skills
- Team-player mindset with the ability to work independently when needed
- Comfortable in a fast-paced setting
- Cash-handling accuracy and attention to detail
- Passion for cannabis is a big plus
- Must be 19+ to work at this establishment
