PRODUCTION PLANNER

Flame Spray Croatia d.o.o., an industrial facility in the Jalžabet Entrepreneurial Zone, is a high-tech company specializing in surface protection and the restoration of machine parts using advanced thermal and HVOF coating technologies. In its production processes, it uses modern CNC systems and robotics, ensuring high precision and top-quality industrial solutions.
Required position/jobs: PRODUCTION PLANNER (m/f), description:
- creating daily, weekly, and monthly production plans
- aligning production needs with available capacities of machines, equipment, and employees
- monitoring the realization of the production plan and reacting promptly to deviations
- coordination with production, procurement, warehouse, logistics, and sales
- monitoring the availability of raw materials, packaging, and other materials required for production
- defining production priorities according to orders and delivery deadlines
- monitoring the stock levels of finished products, semi-finished products, and production materials
- optimizing production runs for more efficient capacity utilization and reduction of downtime
- timely recognition of potential problems in the production process and proposing corrective activities
- updating and maintaining data related to production orders and plans in the business or ERP system
- preparing reports on production realization, capacity utilization, and deviations from the plan
- participating in the planning of material and stock requirements
- collaborating on the improvement of planning processes and increasing production efficiency
- performing other tasks related to production planning and coordination according to the employer's needs.
The employment contract is concluded for an indefinite period with a 6-month probationary period during which employees undergo education/training and qualification.
