Pre-Sales Engineer

As our team grows, we are looking for another capable partner to strengthen it — based in Athens.

What you will do in your daily routine

• Studying technical specifications from clients, engineers, and designers, and transforming them into complete offers.
• Drafting financial and technical offers with accuracy, clarity, and consistency regarding deadlines.
• Managing and prioritizing incoming requests (email, telephone, via partners).
• Close collaboration with the technical department to accurately map requirements.
• Researching prices, materials, and technical solutions for the optimal cost-performance ratio per project.
• Ensuring the compliance of offers with technical standards, regulations, and our processes.
• Supporting management in the strategic formulation of project proposals.

Required Qualifications:

From our side, we ask of you:

• Proven experience in drafting technical/financial offers or in a similar role.
• Ability to understand technical specifications and interpret technical terminology.
• High organizational skills and excellent attention to detail, especially regarding numbers, specifications, and costing.
• Comfort in managing multiple requests simultaneously, with consistency in deadlines.
• Advanced proficiency in MS Excel & Word.
• Good knowledge of English for reading technical manuals and specifications.

And we will particularly appreciate:

• If you have prior experience in a technical, engineering, or construction company.
• If you have experience in ERP (ideally SoftOne or similar).
• If you know the processes of technical and public works.
• If you have basic knowledge of engineering equipment or fire safety systems.
