Introduce prospective clients to our housing and investment opportunities
Generate and follow up on leads Build relationships with investors, homebuyers, and referral partners Attend client meetings, presentations, and property inspections Educate clients on property ownership and real estate investment opportunities Convert prospects into paying customers Maintain regular communication with clients throughout the sales process Achieve monthly sales targets and performance goals Submit activity and sales reports as required
Who We're Looking For
Passionate about sales, marketing, and business development Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Confident, persuasive, and eager to learn Self-motivated and goal-oriented Able to work independently and within a team Strong desire to build a successful career and increase income Previous sales experience is an advantage but not compulsory Fresh graduates and individuals looking to transition into sales are welcome to apply
