Job Description Our company is a Korean company operating in the semiconductor industry. We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Procurement Executive to support our purchasing activities and procurement operations. The successful candidate will be responsible for sourcing suppliers, obtaining quotations, processing purchase orders and coordinating deliveries to ensure timely procurement, competitive pricing and smooth business operations. Key Responsibilities Manage daily procurement and purchasing activities.

Source and evaluate suppliers for semiconductor-related products, electronic components, materials and other business requirements.

Request and compare quotations to secure competitive pricing and favourable purchasing terms.

Prepare and process purchase orders accurately and in a timely manner.

Liaise with suppliers on pricing, product specifications, availability and delivery schedules.

Monitor order status and follow up on outstanding orders and delayed deliveries.

Coordinate with internal departments to ensure purchasing requirements are met.

Maintain accurate procurement records, supplier databases and purchasing documentation.

Assist in supplier performance evaluation and procurement cost-control initiatives.

Resolve purchasing and delivery issues in a timely manner.

Perform other procurement-related duties as assigned by management.

Job Requirements Minimum Diploma in Procurement, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration or a related discipline.

Relevant experience in procurement, purchasing or supply chain operations is preferred.

Experience in the semiconductor , electronics or related manufacturing industry will be an advantage .

Good command of written and spoken English, with the ability to use English as a working language.

Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel.

Good negotiation, communication and supplier coordination skills.

Strong organisational skills, attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.

Able to work independently and manage multiple tasks effectively.
