Requirements

• Minimum 1 year of experience in Customer Service or Call Center.
• German, French, or Spanish: CEFR B2 or above, with English CEFR B2 or above.
• English Customer Service: English CEFR B2 or above.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong customer service and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
