Quantity Surveyor
Key responsibilities Prepare cost estimates, bills of quantities (BQ), tender documents, and project budgets
Analyze project drawings and specifications for cost planning
Evaluate contractor quotations and negotiate contract terms
Monitor project costs and prepare progress claims
Assist in contract administration and variation order management
Conduct site visits and measurements when required
Maintain accurate project cost records and reports
Coordinate with project teams and contractors to ensure cost efficiency
About you Bachelor's Degree in Quantity Surveying, Construction Management, or related Engineering discipline
Good knowledge of construction costing, estimation, and contract administration
Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
Strong analytical, communication, and negotiation skills
Able to work independently and as part of a team
Relevant working experience, particularly in piping works within the semiconductor industry, is an added advantage
