Retail Sales Consultant

Responsibilities Greet and serve customers professionally to create a welcoming environment Explain Feng Shui, BaZi, Qi Men Dun Jia, and related consultation services clearly to customers Assess customer needs and recommend appropriate products and services to meet those needs Process retail sales transactions accurately and manage cashier duties efficiently Support daily shop operations including stock replenishment and maintaining an appealing showroom display Preferred competencies and qualifications Experience in Feng Shui consultancy or retail sales Ability to communicate effectively in English and Mandarin Strong communication and interpersonal skills to engage customers positively Positive attitude and eagerness to learn new skills Training provided Other Information Benefits Competitive basic salary Attractive sales commission 14 days annual leave
