Warehouse Team Leader

As Warehouse Team Leader, you are the driving force behind a team of 15 to 25 colleagues within our modern, automated warehouse in Hapert. You provide daily direction to the operation, ensure processes run smoothly, and are the first point of contact for your team. Whether it is solving a bottleneck, distributing tasks, or coaching employees: you maintain an overview and know how to get people moving. You are close to the operation and are visibly present on the work floor. Therefore, you do not just manage, but you also like to roll up your sleeves when necessary. Together with your fellow team leaders and supervisors, you ensure that daily objectives are met and our customers can count on flawless logistical services.
What are you going to do? Managing, coaching, and motivating a team of 15 to 25 warehouse employees and flexible workers;
Monitoring and optimizing daily logistical processes;
Identifying and solving operational bottlenecks;
Distributing tasks and ensuring efficient personnel planning;
Supervising quality, safety, order, and cleanliness in the warehouse;
Actively participating on the work floor when the situation requires it;
Working together with your team to achieve the set KPI's.

You can fulfill this position, among other things, in the evening shift from 14:30 to 23:30 or on the weekend. For working in the evening hours and weekends, you will of course receive attractive allowances.

Additionally: 🚀 Preferably have an MBO(+) education under your belt, or something similar where you have proven yourself; 👨💼 1 to 3 years of leadership experience, preferably in logistics, or want to take the next step in a leadership role; 💻 experience working with Warehouse Management Systems; 💪 Know how to get things done, take initiative, and have a proactive attitude; ✅ Can maintain an overview and are stress-resistant; 🚗 Have your own transport to our location in Hapert; 🤸♀️ Are flexible when you are needed in the evening or on the weekend; 👨⚕️ Have a BHV certificate or are willing to become a BHV'er; 🗣️ Have good command of the English language and perhaps speak a little Dutch or Polish; 🌟 Find it a fun challenge to work on our mission: always the right atmosphere with lamp and light!

Working hours are as follows (preferences are negotiable): Mon to Fri 07:00 - 16:00 and 14:30 - 23:30. Saturday from 09:00 - 18:00 and 13:00 - 22:00 (from September to April). Sunday from 12:30 - 21:30 or 12:30 - 23:30.
