In the midst of an expansion process, we continue to grow our Operations department. We are looking to hire a District Manager - Barcelona to manage several clubs within the region.
You will be a key piece in the Fitness Park operation: you will be responsible for supervising and managing the clubs, ensuring that each one functions efficiently, complying with Fitness Park quality standards. You will be the link between the clubs and HQ, leading strategic initiatives, managing teams, and optimizing operations to guarantee an exceptional experience for our members.
Here, you don't just manage clubs: you drive Fitness Park experiences.
✍️ Your day-to-day at Fitness Park
- Select and train the team.
- Supervise sales, processes, social media, and classes.
- Manage supplier orders.
- Coordinate and supervise repairs in the clubs.
- Control costs and validate invoices.
- Propose strategic objectives for the clubs.
- Manage incidents, maintenance, and cleaning of the clubs.
- Analyze KPIs and performance reports of the clubs.
🤝 What we are looking for in you
- Previous experience as a District Manager, Area Manager, or in similar positions, preferably in the fitness or retail industry.
- Ability to lead diverse teams and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Strong analytical skills, with experience in interpreting KPIs and making strategic decisions based on data.
- Ability to identify and resolve operational and technical problems in an agile and effective manner.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Availability to travel within the assigned region.
- Advanced level of English.
