What You’ll Be Doing -
- Engage with walk-in prospects and follow up on leads to drive new membership sales
- Understand each customer’s lifestyle and goals to recommend suitable membership packages
- Meet and exceed monthly sales targets and KPIs
- Build strong rapport with members and prospects through excellent customer service
- Support club events, promotions, and outreach activities
- Work closely with the club team to ensure a seamless member experience
What We’re Looking For -
- A people-person with great communication and interpersonal skills
- Motivated by targets and passionate about sales
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn
- Sales experience preferred, but fresh candidates who are sales-driven are welcome

- Able to work on weekends, and public holidays
