It is in this context that we are strengthening our CSR team and recruiting a CSR Project Manager M/F to join our team based in Caen.

You will join a team of 5 employees and work directly with the Partner CSR Director on varied, innovative, and meaningful projects.

Your missions: Supporting our clients in their sustainable transition (70%) You will manage and carry out consulting, audit, and verification missions for TPE, PME, and ETI across the entire territory: Consulting missions:

• Carrying out CSR diagnostics;
• Facilitating awareness and co-construction workshops;
• Building CSR strategies and roadmaps;
• Supporting CSRD compliance;
• Carrying out carbon footprints;
• Producing sustainability reports and extra-financial reporting (CSRD and VSME);
• Supporting "sociétés à mission";
• Presenting recommendations to executives and COMEX.

Audit and verification missions:

• Verification of extra-financial indicators;
• Audit of "sociétés à mission";
• Verification of voluntary CSR reports;
• Work related to CSRD sustainability reports;
• Assurance and verification missions regarding sustainability information.

Contributing to the CSR transformation of FITECO (30%) You will actively participate in the development and implementation of the Group's CSR strategy:

• Deployment of internal strategic projects;
• Structuring CSR policies;
• Preparation of sustainability reporting;
• Work related to CSRD;
• Reflections on environmental and climate trajectories;
• Proposing and managing new initiatives.

REQUIRED PROFILE:

Your profile Graduate with a Master's degree (Bac+5) oriented towards sustainable development, CSR, environment, or ecological transition, you have a minimum of 3 to 5 years of experience acquired in a consulting firm, audit firm, or within a CSR department.

You notably possess: - A good command of CSRD and ESRS;

• Knowledge of voluntary CSR reporting processes (VSME);
• An ability to structure CSR strategies and roadmaps;
• A Bilan Carbone qualification recognized by the Association pour la Transition Bas Carbone (ABC);
• Knowledge of the model and regulatory framework of "sociétés à mission";
• Excellent analytical and writing skills;
• Ease in facilitating workshops and public speaking;
• A very good level of professional English.
