*Duties*

• Prepare and cook a variety of dishes with precision, creativity, and consistency to meet quality standards.
• Supervise kitchen staff, including cooks and food handlers, to ensure efficient workflow and adherence to recipes and safety protocols.
• Manage food inventory, order supplies, and maintain proper storage practices to minimize waste and control costs.
• Enforce food safety regulations and hygiene standards in compliance with local health codes.
• Oversee food presentation, ensuring each plate meets the restaurant?s visual standards before serving.
• Coordinate with front-of-house staff to ensure smooth service delivery and customer satisfaction.
• Train new team members on cooking techniques, safety procedures, and customer service expectations.

• Proven supervising experience in a fast-paced kitchen or restaurant setting.
• Strong food preparation and cooking skills across diverse cuisines.
• Extensive food handling knowledge and adherence to food safety standards.
• Experience in restaurant management or kitchen leadership roles.
• Excellent team management abilities with a focus on motivating staff and fostering collaboration.
• Knowledge of food industry trends, hospitality best practices, and customer service excellence.
