Sourcing Engineer / Purchasing Officer (Chonburi Site)

Your tasks

1. Sourcing Engineer:

Identify, evaluate, and develop new suppliers, especially for plastic materials and surface treatment processes.

Negotiate pricing, commercial terms, and cost reduction opportunities.

Conduct supplier audits and performance evaluations to ensure quality and delivery standards.

Support sourcing activities for new products and localization projects.

Maintain supplier database and sourcing documentation.

Ensure compliance with ISO 9001, IATF 16949, ISO 14001, company policies, and EHS requirements.

Perform other duties assigned by the supervisor.

1. Purchasing Officer:

Handle purchasing of resin materials to support production plan

Monitor forecast, demand, and inventory level Coordinate with suppliers on price, lead time, and delivery schedule

Negotiate pricing and commercial terms to achieve cost saving

Requirements

1. Bachelor's degree or above in Logistics Management or related fields
2. At least 2 years of experience of Purchasing, Sourcing in manufacturing industries preferred.
3. Knowledge skill in SAP is preferred
4. Professional Skills: Familiar with procurement processes and supplier evaluation criteria, possessing good data analysis skills.
5. Good communication in English will be advantaged
6. Well-organized, service-minded, and able to multitask
7. Experience in interpretation in a manufacturing company or international company will be an advantage.
8. Able to work flexible hours if required
