Your tasks

Job Responsibility

1. Prepare for Die sample package and. Create the Guide measurement submit to the customer.

1. Training technician to measurement die sample and verify the measurement result.

1. Verify and follow the technician working and arrange to prepare for MT submittion on time.

1. To be a leader to analysis the problem, follow up action and reply claim document to customer.

5 Training inspector before start to mass production.

1. Handle on Control plan, SPC, MSA preparation and analysis the result for improvement the process.

1. Respond for Calibration measuring equipment and review the calibration result.

1. Participation in prevention and control of environmental and safety responsibility and suggestions

1. Other job from superior

Requirements

1. Bachelor's degree in related field.
2. At least 2-5 years of experience in manufacturing related Plastics injection, automotive parts and related in Quality system, QMR, QMS and Environmental systems, Safety, Health and regulations
3. Strong knowledge of Quality system (ISO9001:2015, IAFT16949:2016, ISO14001;2015)
4. Good communication in English will be advantaged
5. Skill for internal audit and customer audit support
6. Able to work on Saturdays as a regular working day
