QA/QC Technician (Chonburi Site)

Your tasks

1. Inspect work quality during the production process (IPQC) and before delivery to customers (OQC)
2. Inspect workpieces according to Drawing, Specification, and inspection standards
3. Inspect plastic injection problems such as Short Shot, Flash, Sink Mark, Flow Mark, Weld Line, Warpage, abnormal color, and defects
4. Use measuring tools such as Vernier, Micrometer, Height Gauge, Pin Gauge, and other inspection equipment
5. Record inspection results and prepare IPQC/OQC reports
6. Control and segregate NG work and coordinate with the production department to resolve problems
7. Follow up on quality issues and support cause analysis/Corrective Action

Requirements

1. Diploma (Vocational Certificate) or higher in a related field
2. 1–3 years of QA/QC experience in a Plastic Injection factory
3. Experience in IPQC and OQC work
4. Able to read Drawing and use basic measuring tools
5. Knowledge of plastic injection defects
6. Able to work night shifts and OT
7. Able to work on Saturdays (Normal working days are Monday to Saturday)
8. Strong project coordination, problem-solving, and communication skills.
9. Good command of English for communication with customers and internal teams.
