Your tasks

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES Prepare and present monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.

Ensure compliance with accounting standards and regulations.

Analyze financial data and provide insights to senior management.

Oversee accounts payable and receivable functions.

Manage cash flow and perform cash forecasting.

Ensure timely and accurate processing of transactions.

Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal tax laws and regulations.

Coordinate and complete annual audits.

Maintain accurate and up-to-date fiscal records.

System implementation and process automation.

Requirements

1. Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
2. CPA or CIMA certification preferred.
3. 7-10 Years of experience in Accounting and Finance, Finance Controller or related
4. Advanced knowledge of accounting principles, practices, standards, laws, and regulations.
5. Good communication in English and Chinese will be advantaged
6. High attention to detail and accuracy.
